How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver the order within 3 working days after payment (insured).

How do I create my account?

By clicking on the silhouette at the top right, you will arrive at the portal that will help you create an account.

How do I change my delivery address?

When you click on the silhouette at the top right, you can then change your address. Here you can change your address details for both billing and delivery.

Where can I find my track & trace code?

After your order you will receive a 'track & trace' email from MyParcel. You will receive access to your shipment via this e-mail.

Is my personal data safe with you?

Of course. Under no circumstances do we share personal data with third parties.

How do you arrange VAT?

We include VAT on the invoice. We follow the strict guidelines of the Dutch tax authorities. The majority of the devices we sell are marginal goods. That means that the VAT has already been paid in the past. These products have 0% VAT.
The accessories we sell include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Do you also ship outside the Netherlands?

You can automatically arrange your shipment within Europe via the webshop. For shipments outside Europe, please contact joost@iapples.nl. Fees will be charged for this depending on the country concerned.

Return and exchange

What is your return policy?

Returns are possible within 28 days, provided the product is returned in the same condition.

Where do I declare my return?

You can register your return via the same email where you could find your track and trace.

I entered the wrong address with my order

Can I change or cancel my orders?

If you notify us in time, you can still adjust or cancel your order. This depends on whether the product(s) have already been shipped. Please contact us via (+316)27264849 or joost@iapples.nl.

Can I order a product that is currently out of stock?

Unfortunately, back-order is not (yet) an option. You can indicate which product you are looking for so that we are aware of it. You indicate this by sending an email to joost@iapples.nl.
