We aim to deliver the order within 3 working days after payment (insured).

By clicking on the silhouette at the top right, you will arrive at the portal that will help you create an account.

When you click on the silhouette at the top right, you can then change your address. Here you can change your address details for both billing and delivery.

After your order you will receive a 'track & trace' email from MyParcel. You will receive access to your shipment via this e-mail.

Of course. Under no circumstances do we share personal data with third parties.

We include VAT on the invoice. We follow the strict guidelines of the Dutch tax authorities. The majority of the devices we sell are marginal goods. That means that the VAT has already been paid in the past. These products have 0% VAT. The accessories we sell include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

You can automatically arrange your shipment within Europe via the webshop. For shipments outside Europe, please contact joost@iapples.nl. Fees will be charged for this depending on the country concerned.

Return & Exchange

Returns are possible within 28 days, provided the product is returned in the same condition.
